Over the past week or so a community host came up and asked about an oldie called Temp Groups.
This system was a port of Group Management from Arma 2 DayZ Epoch with a newly made UI for my DonkeyMenu.
I then upgraded Temp Groups for new Epoch and the AH.
I couldnt stop there and my mind ran with it.
First I have to thank AWOL for the Epoch Groups system in place as I utilized mostly everything to get a new Temp Groups started and keep it looking uniform to Epoch
Pros: Co-Op group does not allow access to secure locations, storage or vehicles belonging to your Perm Group.
Encourages squad play at all levels of survivors to meet new people and make their way in the virtual(just as IRL would be)
Cons: Another UI and buttons
This is the 4th version written since Friday and most of the bugs and dumb ideas have been worked out.
I also found several quirks from the original Group System and have straightened them out.
Leave Button / Delete Group, needed to be looked at during onLoad so proper button text displayed.
When leaving or deleting the group no groupUpdates were sent out for the players looking at their Group Menu.
