Apotheosis messes with things way too much. This mod just looks at the values the enchantment has, so if they don't match with the other mods, those mods are not returning the right data.
Scrolls were removed since everyone hated them and sent me a lot of hate mail about it. The code to add in systems like scrolls or Game Stages support exists, but I have no plans to touch those mechanics or support them officially. Same goes for the other suggestions with mod compat. I have a fairly open API that can be used by other mods and addons. If anything is missing and someone else wants to make a tool to support it I can look into adding their API requests.
I would really love to see the return of scrolls, that was honestly the best part of the mod. I have no idea why people would have a problem with it. Sounds like they were the ones with an issue.

Firstly, I threw this in Project Ozone 3 and when I put a book in the table, I'm getting very few enchant options:
Suggestions There are other mods that add higher strength enchantments, like the mod Apotheosis, which let's the player choose the strength of the enchants in the configs. So, I could have Sharpness X or Fortune VI etc. I would love if this enchanting table could reflect those changes/mods, because the only way to get the higher enchants is the luck of the draw with the normal enchanting table, or throw NEI in with JEI and use it's cheat enchant GUI. I'd love to avoid that and use this mod instead :).

Lastly, I do miss the old system of having to gather enchant scrolls from mob drops to be able to use that enchantment. Gave the OPness of the table a sort of progression to it. Only problem was, after you learned that enchant, the scroll would still drop from mobs, so you had to filter those out. Would be nice if when you learned the enchant, the scroll no longer appeared in drops or loot tables.
Last lastly, I really love that suggestion about treasure enchants and how you get certain enchants with a full moon. Would be great if you implemented higher tier enchants (Sharpness VI) from other mods that you could only achieve during certain conditions... Full moon enchanting, Blood Moon enchant, Moon exactly overhead like old school Extra Utilities, underwater enchanting, surrounded by fire or water enchants, and Biome specific enchants including the Nether or a config file for modpack makers to place enchants in The Twilight Forest/Betweenlands/Deep Dark/Hunting/Aroma's Mining, just to name a few.
These would all add to more breadth/depth and rewarding Enchanting Plus IMHO!
