[Bug][1.12.2] Local Config Overwrites Remote Config in the UI #168

Hello friends 😄

Problem: The UI shows the discount and the cost based on the local config, remote config is still ultimately obeyed but the UI does not reflect the server's cost

Workaround: Make the local config and the remote config exactly the same

Issue with work-around: It requires server players to do additional config

I'm experiencing this bug too. Additionally, untrustworthy players can give themselves free max enchantments by setting all costs to free.
