Shift-click dupe/crash #20

Shift-clicking items from a stack of more than one into the GUI can dupe them or crash the client.

regular books, will dupe if it doesn't have any other books to stack with. If there is an item other then the book in slot one of the enchanting table, trying to shift-click from a stack of books will crash Minecraft with array out of bounds index of -1.

ok, fixed. I'll wait more people to use this new release to grant no more errors will be found until next release.
