Inaccuracy of Disenchanting values #32

while it's not possible in game normally outside of adventure maps or cheating, disenchanting is kind of inaccurate the higher levels you get on items, even going as far as taking xp away.

for example, to test it i used toomanyitems to enchant a sword with sharpness and knockback x. it said i can get 382 levels, but only got 126.

when i tried to disenchant a knockback x enchantment by itself, instead of giving me 145 levels it took 111 of them away.

Looking at this post for a few seconds, and knowing that packets use signed bytes, its may be the issue.

I actually have a solution for this, I'll push and close this when I get home.
