I can't enchant divine RPG items with Enchanting +

This is not a bug, A lot of items on DivineRPG does not allow enchantments. You can enchant swords, axes and a lot of other items, but you can't enchant items marked by author as not enchantable.

I don't have a list, i just know because when i change eplus to not accept items not marked as enchantable, a lot of divine items stop working with eplus. It is a petty but i don't want to supercharge items that is not allowed by author.

I tried to put a config in eplus to allow this (different from strictenchanting), but it now work as i expected, so i decide to remove until i have full idea on how to implement without conflicting with strictenchanting

I tried to enchant sandslash it worked but it wont work on Inferno sword I think Infinite uses are unable to enchant
