Table not remembering unlocks (1.7.2, 2.0.3.1) #84

Tested on Forge versions 10.12.2.1121, "1133, and "1147, playing SSP on fresh installs each.

After quitting out of Minecraft completely I lose access to any enchantments I've unlocked using the books. I can use an Enchanted Book to unlock, say, Sharpness 1. If I save/quit, then immediately reload, I can put a sword or a book in the table and have access to Sharpness again.

But if I save/quit then click "Quit Game" on the title screen, the next time I launch Minecraft I can no longer see Sharpness when I put a clean sword or an empty book on the table. This applies to any enchantment that can be unlocked, not just sharpness. The table is only remembering unlocks during that current instance of the game.

System is going to be rethought out in the new version.
