Interactive Maps Selection Window

In the Interactive Maps Selection Window, (which opens when clicking on "Choose a Map", we need to split the list of Health Services.

The first section of the list (All Hospitals and Health Units, General Rehabilitation Hospital, Mental Health Units, Special Rehabilitation Hospital, Acute Care Treatment Hospital, Ambulatory Care, Chronic Care Treatment Hospital) remains the same while the second section of the list (FLS Designated All and FLS Designated Partial) needs a subtitle such as "French Language Service Designation".

So something like this:

All Hospitals and Health Units General Rehabilitation Hospital Mental Health Units Special Rehabilitation Hospital Acute Care Treatment Hospital Ambulatory Care Chronic Care Treatment Hospita

French Language Service Designation

FLS Designated All FLS Designated Partial

On the French version of the page/window, the subtitle would be "Désignation selon la Loi sur les services en français (LSF)"

Ok, but in French the first subtitle should read

Hôpitaux par services offerts instead of Hôpitaux par services offers

Letter "t" is missing in the word offerts
