pop ups a sometimes cropped

the pop ups are sometimes displayed on the right side of the screen, with the "close" button outside and non reachable.

Ideally, we would want to be able to move these pop ups, but at least they should be within the drawing area

Another general problem with pop up location: the pointy arrow that is supposed to locate the point where you clicked is coming out of the pop up window at different place, depending on the location. When it's point north, south, east or west, all is fine. But when it is pointing diagonally, it is not going to the right place, so it ends up pointing sometimes outside the screen, or sometimes at the wrong region. Below is a screen shot where it is pointing south-east. As can be seen, it is going outside the map, even though I clicked on the map (obviously) and didn't move it afterward
