Add Health Profiles to Profiles By LHIN Menu #21

Hi Ava,

You must be mistaking. I have not provided you with the data you need for the health profile (you will have the data by the end of the week). Maybe you mean the socio-economic profile?

Yes, Sorry my mistake, I meant the map for socio-economic profile.

Hello Ava,

I have added the data you need to create the Health Profile By LHIN (Profile santé par RLISS in French).

The Excel document is named "Health Profiles for Ava" and can be found in Dropbox\Database\GeoDatabase\Ava\To Do

The first Tab has the data and the second tab has an example of what the popup should look like. I indicated the name of the fields the data should come from to make it easier for you but the field name should not appear in the popups.
