Legends Ranges -> 0 = White #24

Modify Legends so that DAs with 0 French are white and other ranges remain the same.

So:

0 = White 1-50 = Blue 51-200 = Green 201-400 = Orange 401-1500 = Red

Legends are modified. White Legends I chose for 0 values in ArcGIS for Desktop, is automatically set to black and on map it has no color but it is selectable. I need to choose another color to see if this changes colors on map.

There seems to be another issue with this. If you zoom in on the south, there are large area that have nothing and we not selectable

selectableregions This is how I have them selectable in south. Can you please share a screen shot of the problem.

it seems to work now. Previously, I was missing lots of DAs on the map… not sure why, let’s see if that happens again

Color is fixed. No more black.
