Health Professionals Popups Modified Text & Translations

In the Profiles By LHIN accordion menu, inside the popups the health professions texts must be reviewed.

The current professions correspond to the field names of the associate table in our database which do not have any spaces. The field name in the popups, however, should have spaces when needed.

An example is "DentalHygienists" which should read "Dental Hygienists".

Please find below the proper English text along with the French translation.

There are a few mistakes. Please modify the following professions' names:

"Physicians GP" in English should read "Family Physicians" and in French "Médecins de famille" "Physicians Spec" in English should read "Specialist Physicians" and in French "Médecins spécialistes" Also, in French "Opticiens dordonnances" should read "Opticiens d'ordonnances"
