This is the French version of Issue #30.

In the Services de santé accordion menu, the users should see the following:

Hôpitaux par services offerts

[checkbox] Tous les hôpitaux et centres de santé [checkbox] Hôpital avec soins général en réadaptation [checkbox] Unités de santé mentale [checkbox] Hôpital avec soins spécialisés en réadaptation [checkbox] Hôpital pour soins aigus [checkbox] Soins ambulatoires [checkbox] Hôpital pour malades chroniques

Hôpitaux par désignation - loi sur les services en français (LSF)

[checkbox] Aucune obligation [checkbox] Identifié - LSF [checkbox] Désignation partielle - LSF [checkbox] Désignation complète - LSF
