Home Tab - Text addition #39

Please update the text of the Home (Accueil in French) Tabs based on the Word document I added in the following locations:

Dropbox\Database\GeoDatabase\Ava\Website Content\English\Home.docx Dropbox\Database\GeoDatabase\Ava\Website Content\French\Accueil.docx

Please make sure formatting like spaces and bold are kept.

Also, please keep make the text "With the Support of:", at the bottom of the screen, bold. Same in French

The text in French is wrong and is a mix of English and French.
