In English the table says:

"Health Unit Name" it should say "Hospital"

In French

Health region name is in English (I know probably part of the same health region issue)

The table says:

"Health Unit Name" it should say "Hôpital"

nom de la ville is Ok

Address should say adresse

Postal Code should say code postal

I forgot one thing.

At the top of the popup window, in French, the text is still in English.

For instance: All Hospitals
