Health Professions by LHIN - Total Population in 2011

In the Health Profession pop-up window, please remove the Total Population in 2011 value.

For instance, in the North East (3513) pop-up window, remove "Total Population in 2011: 553 090".

Since we now have census populations at the LHIN level, we don't want to confuse users with these values which are different (different data source).

To be done in both English and French.
