[SUGGESTION] Abandon the ProtocolLib #3

Hey, good news first, so far I haven't tested any issues with your plugin on folia 1.20.4!

Also, I strongly recommend you to drop ProtocolLib, because in my opinion it's getting slower and slower to update and the performance is lagging on higher version servers, and now packetevents has become the best alternative to ProtocolLib

The replacement of ProtocolLib will take time. Currently, packetevent has not added the UPDATE_ADVANCEMENTS packet wrapper. Migrating to packetevent is not that simple.
