feat: Add zh translations for documentation #305

Added Simplified Chinese(简体中文) and Traditional Chinese(繁體中文)

Great work! I've recently merged this PR https://github.com/Equal-UI/Equal/pull/303 I want to add traditional Chinese from this PR, but I have no language abilities to check which simplified Chinese json is better translated 😄

Hi, you don't need to have Chinese language skills to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of these two Chinese translations, because it's obvious that we are using ai for translation! The difference is that my Simplified Chinese and Translated Chinese are human-optimized and not just machine-translated, and my results are the same as using excellent component libraries in Simplified Chinese, which better align with the reading habits of Simplified Chinese speakers. For example:

  1. landing.get_started I translate as "快速开始", which is the same as in the Element Plus documentation. This excellent Chinese component library has 20k stars
  2. textarea.header I translate as "文本域" instead of "文本框". Because that's what we call it in all Chinese component libraries. It's the same with Element Plus, Ant Design, Arco Design

There are a lot of other places I've touched up manually instead of just using a machine translation, space does not permit us to give all the examples here. I think my Simplified Chinese translation will be closer to what Chinese users are used to. At least it's consistent with the excellent Chinese component libraries!
