STAR Voting is an upgrade to our current way of voting that allows voters to score candidates from 0 to 5. Ultimately, STAR Voting elects candidates who better represent the whole of the electorate. We are building a site that lets everyone from individuals to organizations use STAR Voting to host simple polls or run secure elections.
[x] All components need to use Widgets and WidgetContainers (use the containers for things that should show up in a row)
[x] Remove "View Matrix" section, we'll add that back as an advanced item later
[x] Add a link to a instructional video to the bottom right of the result panel
[x] Replace results with a bar chart showing how many head-to-head match ups each candidate won (bonus points if you can convert bar chart into a utility function and have STAR, Approval, Choose One, Ranked Robin all shared the same chart)
