On page detail, Flip the code snippet and message columns #420

Currently, on a page detail, the message comes before a code snippet. Instead, list the code snippet first. That will help screen reader users navigate the table. Otherwise, they have to constantly go to the second column to navigate the table.

Looks great! doesn't need accessibility testing because it's just a flip of the table.
