Twitter campaign service

Create a service for Twitter campaings.

Name: twitter-campaign

Props:

• tweet id (what is available from the Twitter API);
• amount (reward amount in EQB per retweet);
• dates (from/to) when a tweet is eligible for a reward;
• retweetsPerDay (number of retweets per day that are eligible for a reward, marketing feature);
• maxRewardAmount (total amount in EQB that can be spent for a tweet).

Note:

• We are using full EQB units here. Compared to Satoshi units for the payment-logging.

Hooks:

• disallow external create/update.
• allow external find.
• after: discard private props for external (e.g. amount and caps).
