Logging in without setting 2nd Step Authentication leads to hanging portfolio #1034

When a user signs up but does not enter their verification code for 2nd Step Authentication (they press cancel in the modal popup), their balance is displayed as NaN after loading overlay disappears.

After they logout, and try to log-in again, the portfolio page is hanging and the loading overlay does not go away.

Console does not log any error.

Follow up after a discussion whether 2FA is required for showing addresses (Receive btn).
