Questionnaire feedback: 17. Fix payment and success message. #1125

Nothing happens for me when I hit Submit. Should have the “Thank you for completing the survey – your EQB will be deposited shortly.” Pop up and return them to their dashboard.

[x] Check payment after completion of questionnaire.
[x] Create transaction in My Transactions (on API side via hooks).
[x] Show success message if payment is done.

All these are tested successfully; however, I parked here since need to have more unit tests done for user questionnaires on the API side and also need to have end to end successful rewarding scenarios.
