Questionnaire feedback: 20-25. Visual changes #1128

  1. Show the CTA on My Portfolio page (when portfolio is already created), below the funds breakdown.
  2. Title: "Investor Questionnaire" change to "User Questionnaire"
  3. Fix padding for info sentence.
  4. Fix styling for question titles.
  5. Change color for "Q1" from blue to red (equibit color)
  6. Disable/hide Earn Rewards link or any earn rewards promotion when user already has submitted a questionnaire.
