Todo:
[ ] Integrate the new equibit network settings into UI.
To validate:
[ ] "Receive" modal where UI shows Equibit address to user.
[ ] When UI asks for UTXO it provides address to
listunspent
end point, check that its working correctly.
[ ] Check that correct addresses are recorded in DB (both Bitcoin and Equibit) for transactions (transfer and HTLC trade).
