BUG: camereaimage widget does not update on each binding change but text widget does #8

I have bindings data changing on the current screen, without transitioning to another screen, and the bound text is updating, but a bound camereaimage does not ! This seems like a bug. In any case, I should fix this bug, or at least have a refreshScreen JS-widget API supported...

Done in FIX_DATA_BIND_WIDGETS_UPDATE branch and merged to master.
