[Bug] Online Service Failed? #4

When I visit https://mjai.ekyu.moe, it fails. I have pinged the mjai.ekyu.moe, dns is well, but the package lost 100%. My network is using http proxy. Why? Is your service failed or my proxy setting is banned for your service?
