This is out of my control. It seems to be a Mahjong Soul issue.

That sounds like bad news. It seems that it is currently not possible to use the tool by directly copying the link from Mahjong Soul. Is there any alternative way?

Currently, there is a moderate chance it will work properly, and the odds are higher at off-peak hours. You could try again at a different time.

Thanks to the help from 雀魂牌譜屋, this problem has been greatly mitigated now, especially for older game records.
