Update environment to use OpenJDK #75

Oracle will no longer provide support for the open source Java JDK. Therefore, the project needs to switch to OpenJDK so features continue to work.

The environment was updated to use Oracle's OpenJDK 8_202 which will continue to be supported. The new JRE will be included with the next release of the IUMPR tool
