EGR Monitor Completion Bit vs. Support Bit #1014

Is it really fair to fail a completion bit of complete for EGR when the Support bit for not supported is a warn. Maybe add if supported to completion bit? ...in SI Table.

Fuel System failure message is believed to be correct.

Fuel System monitors don’t run and complete KOEO

Fuel System failure is correct. CARB language says

(4.1.1)(B) The readiness status for the following component/system readiness bits shall always indicate “complete”: (i) Diesel misfire (section (e)(2)) for engines with a single monitor designed to detect both misfires identified in section (e)(2.2.1) and subject to the monitoring conditions of sections (e)(2.3.1) and (e)(2.3.2) and misfires identified in section (e)(2.2.2) and subject to the monitoring conditions of (e)(2.3.3); (ii) Gasoline misfire (section (f)(2)); and (iii) Diesel and gasoline comprehensive component (section (g)(3)).

Review table A-6 to match current regulation

Fix with #1098 Table A4 appears to be incorrect in

FAIL: 6.1.13.2.a (A6.2.c) - Composite vehicle readiness for EGR/VVT system did not meet the criteria of Table A4

Close assuming fixed with #1125 Create new is if recurring complaint is registered.
