No DM11 issued during Part 9 of the test in V3.1.16 #1236

See exceprt from test below showing time since code clear greater than 0 in part 9. Looked through logs and cannot find a DM11 request from the tool in this part of the test. image

This outcome was confirmed during a review of the log with the developer.

Start Test 9.8 - DM11: Diagnostic data clear/reset for active DTCs

… Also in Part 12, the global DM11 query appears to be missing.

DM11 still missing in V3.1.17. Log shared with Joe via email.
