DM5 Warning for NON-OBD Devices in V3.1.28 #1332

DM5 WARN for non-OBD Devices is still present in latest release, these should receive an INFO per notes in issue #1308

Appendix A.6 was previously corrected.

  1. All responses received from non-OBD ECU shall be evaluated using the criteria below:
    a. Info if any response from non-OBD ECU received. // Prior omission from #1099 b. Warn if all the monitor status and support bits in any reply from a non-OBD ECU are not all binary zeros or all binary ones.

Resolved in version 3.1.30
