SPN 74 Reported by multiple devices #1335

Would it be possible to have the WARN for SPN 74 - Maximum Vehicle Speed Limit reported by more than one ECU changed to an INFO in a future version of the specification and tool?
Our engine controller contains the message, but our non-OBD vehicle management ECU also responds with this SPN as well.
