Create sample using Directory API #406

Which Google API and version (e.g. Google Tasks API version 1)?

Admin Directory API directory_v1
Use service account with Oauth 2.0

What should the sample demonstrate (e.g. using OAuth2, using a specific
feature of that API)?
List all org users in domain
Create new org user
Update existing org user
Move org user to org unit
Suspend org user
Delete org user

Platform (e.g. Windows, Mono, Silverlight, WP7)?
Dotnet 4.0 on Windows server 2008 

External references, such as API reference guide?
Google API explorer

Thank You for accepting this request.  I'm new to Google apps provisioning
and I'm beginning to work with the newest version of the Directory APIs.
 My organization is starting a large project to manage user accounts from a
custom application.  Any dotnet samples or help you can share would be
greatly appreciated.  I understand this is open source project and I will
also share my work with you.
