Show forward button in portrait mode, too #189

That button is MUCH more useful than the "next" button, e.g. to skip intro 
sequences of series.

Making the prev/next a bit smaller allows both to fit on the screen. Would be 
great to see this in an official version though - installing the custom apk is 
somewhat of a hassle compared to the quick setup via the play store after all.
