Remote won't start/connect now

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Web interface on VLC
2. Start up remote
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should allow me to connect and control VLC. Now, since updating to 2.1.3 
the remote crashes as soon as I turn the remote on. /If/ I don't turn the web 
interface on, the remote starts fine, but if it's on the remote crashes.

What version of VLC Remote are you using?
0.5.7

What version of Android are you using?
2.2.2

Which Android device are you using?
LG Optimus 2X

Please provide any additional information below.

This product worked fine until the latest VLC update. Now the remote won't even 
start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the remote and VLC, but it hasn't 
solved this problem.

I tried VLC 2.1.3 on Windows and VLC 2.2.0 on Linux and did not observe any 
crashes.  If the app crashes again, could you please submit a report with a 
comment referencing this bug (#222) and post a comment here as well?
