[enhancement] use hostname instead of ip address #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to "parameters"

2.scan the lan to find vlc servers

3. result : only servers named by their ip addresses

in my lan each devices ahs a dynamic ip address assigned by dhcp
then
when vlc serber ip address changes then vlc remote can't connect anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

use hostanme instead of ip address
