Detect duplicate CRN Entry of same event.

It's Ok for selected column, but not string-wise. i.e It worked for single duplucate CRN such as 690216; 690239, etc and CRN with multiple values 700275,700253; 70253 there should me matching, but not worked. Anyway, it reduces some human efforts while finding duplicate single CRN.
