Here is a procedure:

• Open Photoshop
• Open one PP Photo
• Create New Action
• Start Record
• View Image Resolution
• Reduce Image Resolution
• Close an Image
• Stop Action Script
• Go to Automate Batch
• Automate Batch: Set Action, Source & Destination Folder
• Press Ok
• See the progress
