No longer need to run gosu_android -a

As it is now, you do NOT need to have gosu_android installed in your local Ruby installation. You only need to include it in your Gemfile.apk file.

I am sorry not to use your pull request, I updated the Readme with all the options.

No worries, I have deleted the pull request. Hopefully I will be able to contribute something more than bug cases and documentation.
