2023.3.2 Patch Breaks Changes AI Engineer behavior

With the new new update that dropped today the developers appear to have updated the builtin AutoEngineer with new logic changing its deceleration curves.

Confirmed to negatively impact the 2.0 beta branch of which my notes are listed below. I will propose a patch later tonight.

• Train deceleration is much faster but appears smoother on first glance
• Stepped approach logic will need tuning to compensate
• Observed with train stuck in station repeating the log message "Entering Station stop mode"
  • May be triggering an edge case previously not detected in 2023.3.1

Unknown yet if today's update impacts the 1.x releases. If time permits I will check.

Confirmed that the Train stuck in station was due to an errant piece of debug code that slipped into my last pull request on dev branch. Testing a new tune of the engineer values now.
