hide back button #126

I set canGoPrevto false but back button still appear how can I hide it ??

@maz1989 well i hope another contributor will provide a simple patch for it (he does have a patch now !) so please wait :)

If there is no feedback in 2 weeks, i'll take it back and implement it !

@maz1989 I just fixed that and bumped Trip.js to v3.1.2, please go check it ! thanks ;)
