Add browser support to Docs #143

I haven't been able to find what browsers are supported. Is there an official list?

I have no IE here on my side, so if you can help to report some IE information, that would be helpful !! I can try on Chrome & Safari here on my side :)

IE9: Overall functionality works well! Though animations and shadows aren't supported. The Trips fallback to appearing normally. IE10: Animations look good (I didnt test each one). Shadows look good but aren't perfect. IE11: Looking good!

I recommend https://saucelabs.com/ for testing all browsers. Super simple to quick create an VM with specific browser and test it. Even support tunnel.

@kafeltz coool I didn't notice that they do support have free plan for Open Source project !! I'll try to apply one for our use :P
