imProc.calib.photometricZP requires input in deg #477

imProc.calib.photometricZP requires the catalog data to be in degrees, and it will fail if it is in radians. The problem is that imProc.astrometry.addCoordinates2catalog does not write the ColUnits.

Next, if the Units data does not exist, then getLonLat assumes that the coordinates are degrees (around line 534 in AstroCatalog)
