Problem: "Reconnect Headset" #8

I only get Reconnect Headset if the SteelSeries software is not the currently active application. So if i click outside the SteelSeries engine windows i instantly get "Reconnect Headset". Also is it possible to start the Programm in the backround without a cmd open?
