[BUG] Wiki has stale "resources" links

Describe the bug The wiki references a now non-existant "resources" page. There are stale references at:

• Home https://github.com/Eranziel/foundryvtt-lancer/wiki
• FAQ https://github.com/Eranziel/foundryvtt-lancer/wiki/FAQ

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to
   • Home https://github.com/Eranziel/foundryvtt-lancer/wiki
   • FAQ https://github.com/Eranziel/foundryvtt-lancer/wiki/FAQ
2. CTRL+F "resources" in browser
3. Check for stale page links

The "resources" link is broken in the "Welcome to Lancer v1.6.1" dialog when the world first starts up, too.

Some other notes on the Recommended Mods List I can make a separate issue for if desired:

• Hex Size Support link to https://foundryvtt.com/packages/hex-size-support/ is broken, probably should be replaced by Hex Token Size Support https://foundryvtt.com/packages/package/hex-size-support without the s on packages
• Lancer Conditions are on the recommended mod list, but are integrated into the system according to popup
• "FXMaster" doesn't have a space in the module name in FVTT, but the recommended module page mentions "FX Master"
• "Permission Viewer" is actually named "Ownership Viewer" now in FVTT, but the URL is correct
