[BUG] Skills aren't imported from LCPs #668

Describe the bug Importing an LCP which includes pilot skills does not create the corresponding items in the compendiums. For example, igfa1-0.2.2.lcp from In Golden Flame Act 1.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Lancer Compendium Manager
  2. Select igfa1-0.2.2.lcp
  3. Import the LCP
  4. Open the Pilot Items Compendium. The LCP's skills are not present, such as REPAIR AND MAINTAIN or HACK OR FINESSE.

Expected behavior Pilot skills should be imported from the LCP.
