Describe the bug
Weapon mods such as Shock Wreath or UNCLE do not increase the SP cost listed on a mech.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Equip a weapon to a mech.
Equip a valid mod to the weapon.
Expected behavior
SP should increase based on the cost of the mod.
