[BUG] Talent Counters are not shown on actor sheets #684

Describe the bug Counters from talents are not shown on any actor sheets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a pilot.
  2. Add the Duelist talent from the compendiums.
  3. View the PILOT//TACTICAL tab.
  4. No counters are visible, but Blademaster Dice should be.

Expected behavior Counters from talents should be displayed in the COUNTERS section of the pilot sheet. Once #351 is implemented, they should also be displayed on mech sheets.
