If you try to set up the bot in a thread, you can't send any command. You simply get the response "The application did not respond"
It should work as a normal channel where commands work fine Steps to reproduce
Minecraft 1.20.4 Mod/plugin: 3.0.6
Exact same setup as #184 (also no need to cross-reference)

No crash. No mention in any log I can find either. Not sure where bot logs would go if anywhere.
I know wanting to use threads for this is an odd choice, but in some cases it just fits better.
